Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right to cancel, TRUEWEAR offers you an additional voluntary option to return goods purchased from the TRUEWEAR online shop, free of charge. You can return goods within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, as long as the goods are complete, unused, and undamaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please use the return label provided by us and submit your parcel to the designated carrier. If you do not have a return label, please get in touch with our customer service team by phone or email. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the return deadline. Please be aware that this voluntary return right does not apply to personalized products. Additionally, parcels sent from outside the European Union Customs Union will not be accepted by TRUEWEAR and may not reach our warehouse. Once we have received the returned goods, you will be reimbursed within 14 days, using the same payment method as your initial transaction. There are no fees associated with this reimbursement. It’s important to note that your legal rights, especially in the case of product defects and your statutory right to cancel, remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges for purchased styles due to technical constraints. If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order on TRUEWEARORIGINALS.COM.
